Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Fix This Dish app and website, provided by Sweet Apps (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the app, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
Fix This Dish lets you submit a dish photo, receive an AI-generated cooking suggestion, follow guided steps, rescan the dish, record your taste verdict, and save or share a transformation. Features may change as we improve the service.
Food safety comes first
You are responsible for safe handling, storage, cooking temperatures, allergen checks, dietary decisions, knife and appliance use, and any decision to eat or serve food. Stop if a suggestion conflicts with known ingredients, professional advice, or safe kitchen practice.
AI can be wrong
Analyses and scores are estimates based on limited visual information. The camera cannot taste, smell, identify every ingredient, see inside food, or verify temperature. Dish names, diagnoses, measurements, and improvements can be inaccurate. Taste corrections are tools for your judgment, not proof of a dish’s contents or safety.
The service is not medical, nutritional, allergen, or professional culinary advice. It is not designed for clinical practice, medical diets, emergency situations, or commercial food-safety compliance.
Fix Pro purchases
The first rescue may be available without charge. Fix Pro is offered through auto-renewing monthly or annual subscriptions, not tokens or expiring credits. The United States launch prices are $4.99 monthly and $39.99 annually; localized prices and availability are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by storefront.
- Subscriptions: payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends.
- Management: manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple Account settings. Use Restore Purchases in the app to recover eligible access.
- Refunds: Apple handles billing and refund requests under its rules.
Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If these terms conflict with Apple’s mandatory terms, Apple’s terms control to the extent required.
Acceptable use and your content
You retain your rights in photos you submit. You grant us and our service providers the limited rights necessary to process them and provide the requested feature. Submit only content you have the right to use.
Do not misuse the app, attempt to defeat security or usage controls, automate abusive requests, reverse engineer the service except where law permits, submit illegal or harmful material, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Availability and changes
AI analysis requires a compatible device and internet connection. We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, control service abuse, or improve the product. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss arising from reliance on an AI suggestion. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination and changes to these terms
You may stop using the app at any time. We may restrict access for serious or repeated misuse. We may update these terms; the effective date above will change, and we will provide additional notice where required.
